The time and attendance system in Mapaz ERP handles the employees attendance times as well as production times for production monitoring. The time system can either be used only for attendance times, production times or for both simultaneously, depending on the company’s needs.
Reporting of attendance times is done in a specially designed view for this purpose. This view is very user friendly and provides the employee with all information needed. Production times are reported in two ways, either from the specially designed view or directly from the production order in Mapaz ERP. The advantage of reporting production times directly from the production order is that the employee has access to all information needed to perform the operation such as work instructions, drawings, NC programs and other documents.
Re-reporting of production times is very important since it is the base of the current production planning as well as the cost monitoring of the company’s production. For each operation in the production order the production time is reported in order to lay the base of the pre-calculation. By continually re-reporting the production times it is possible to follow the production status via Mapaz ERP in order to avoid bottle necks and delivery issues. Re-reporting of production times is associated with the handling of presence meaning that any breaks can be deducted automatically and that the order times are automatically stopped when the employee leaves work for the day.
The attendance management in Mapaz ERP is flexible and can be adapted to customer requirements. Here you will find features to handle e.g. working hours, breaks, holidays, flextime, overtime and inconvenient working hours. Directly in the specially designed view the employee will get full information about their status on flex-time, overtime etc.
For the payroll manager there are several basic features for managing absence and attendance hours. All times are presented in list form and in graphical form in order to clearly illustrate how the staff is planned and how the times have been calculated. The time system can be configured in many different ways and is very flexible, it is for example possible for office staff and workshop staff to work under completely different criteria and preferences.
